We want you to feel confident buying the Onyx Zinc Therapeutic Pillowcase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it governs all purchases made on this website.
Returns: Unopened & Unused Products Only
We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be completely unopened and unused, in its original, sealed packaging.
The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us before sending any item back. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
If your return meets all of the above conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Because the Onyx Pillowcase comes into direct contact with your skin, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any pillowcase that has been opened, used, washed, or removed from its original sealed packaging. This policy exists strictly for hygiene and safety reasons and applies without exception.
We encourage you to review all product information, clinical data, and FAQs on our website before purchasing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Onyx Pillowcase does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described on our website, please contact us at info@onyxacne.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will resolve defective or damaged item claims at no cost to you, in accordance with our obligations under applicable consumer protection law.
Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with your RMA number and return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable carrier. Do not ship without first receiving your RMA number.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Opened or used pillowcases (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items purchased during promotional sales marked as “Final Sale.”
Items returned without an RMA number.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or quantity, please initiate a return for your unopened, unused item (within the 30-day window) and place a new order separately.
